How to Place Orders
How to Add a Note to an Order
You can add notes and shipping instructions to your order in the note box when checking out (see image below).
The notes will be printed on your packing slip and invoice. We will call or email you if the note is unclear or if we are unable to follow your instructions (i.e delivery time is not possible with the shipping method chosen).
How to Add or Remove Items from your Shopping Cart

How to Add or Remove Products:
Adding Items to Your Cart:
- Navigate to the desired product page.
- Specify the quantity you wish to purchase.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button to include the item in your shopping cart.

At Sextoycollections, you can place orders without creating an account. A customer record is generated when you make a purchase. Inventory and Stock Questions
Can I get an email when a product is back in stock?
Click the “Notify me When Available” button found below any sold-out product.
You can choose any of the given options Email, Text Message or Web Push and then enter the required information. You can also mention the Quantity required. You will receive a notification once the product is back in stock. You are also notified when a product is no longer manufactured and cannot be restocked.
Do we inventory our own products?
Yes, Sextoycollections inventories all our products and ships all orders from our warehouse.
Is your inventory listed online accurate?
At Sextoycollections, our online inventory updates automatically with each order and new stock arrival to reflect current availability. While we strive for accuracy, discrepancies can occur due to our extensive product range.
