Return & Refund Policy at SextoyCollections
At SextoyCollections, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your buy, here’s what you need to know.
Return Process:
- Unopened and Unused Items: You can return unopened items for a partial refund. Shipping and packing fees (USD $22 – USD $25) will be deducted.
- Opened or Used Items: We can’t accept returns for used or opened items.
Amending Orders:
- Orders are processed quickly, so changes not be possible once placed. Contact our Customer Support if needed.
- Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Requests made outside these hours not be processed.
Canceling Orders:
- If you wish to cancel, we’ll try to process it within 1 hour. If your order has shipped, you can return unopened items for a refund.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from delivery.
Return Instructions for Delivered Orders:
- If you want to return a delivered order, contact us promptly using our contact form.
- Give your name, order number, registration code, and reason for cancellation.
Refunds:
- Refunds are for unopened items only. Shipping and packing fees (USD $22 – USD $25) will be deducted.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For bundles, if you return items, the refund applies only to the returned items. You must pay the full price for the items you keep.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If the item is defective or wrong, contact us with proof of buying. Include photos or videos of the issue.
- We will replace defective items at no cost. We do not offer refunds for defective items, only replacements.
